problem of IMAX6Q when power on

MMPF0100+IMAX6Q  solution, produce 50pcs, 5 have power on problem,it can't start-up ,can't boot. Then  give a reset signal on PMIC_STBY_REQ pin manually,  it start-up and work well.

if power off and power on quickly within 1s, it also can boot and work well.

what's the problem??
