I have read the datasheet for NT3H2111 and have two question i cannot find in the datasheet:
* Power consumtion for I2C interface when writing EEPROM, with only power from I2C side?
* Write time for EEPROM?
Hi Mikael, in nt3h2111 datasheet rev 3.0 , section 2.4 I2C interface ,second sentence: 16 bytes (one block) written in 4.5 ms (EEPROM) or 0.4 ms (SRAM - pass-through mode) including all overhead .
Via I2C interface, i don't found any other way than inserting a wait loop 4.5ms after a write eprom , because ns_reg register (in session register) is the only register where a eeprom busy bit available is alway read as 0 if no nfc_field is detected.
