Is there a document that discusses the differences between the Kinetis MK22FX512VLL12 and the MK22FX512AVLL12 parts?

Regards,

Mike B.

Hi Michael:

A is a silicon revision, A means Revision after main (blank--MK22FX512VLL12).

Please check the difference below

I have the same question regarding the difference between the MK22FX512VMD12 and MK22FX512AVMD12. We happened to order the A-version chips from Newark and got parts without the "A" in the etching. Are those "silicon revision" chips marked differently and is there a change in behavior? Also, the KSDK 1.3 does NOT support the non-A chip but DOES support the A-chip.

so, PEX doesn't know about these A parts... If I tell it that these are non-A parts, will the tools work on an A part (debug and code running reasonably)?  Are these A part supersets of the non-A and work reasonably programmed as a non-A part?
