I see that DALI SDK 2.0 zip file contains a Windows .exe. Is there a DALI SDK for Linux?

The DALI SDK2.0 is a self installing .exe for windows. The micro controller sources that are being installed (unzipped) by this file can be used with LPCXPresso under Linux.
Best is to install the SDK on a windows machine and copy the complete installed tree (typically at C:\nxp\lighting\DALI_SDK_v2.0 ) to a Linux host.

This should allow development on a Linux machine.

As background: once installed it provides the following on the windows PC:
-  documentation (application notes, user manual, schematics)
-  example PC GUI to use with the DALI master board. (Using .NET)
-  source code of master and slave microcontroller boards
-  source code of PC GUI
