I have got an LPCXPRESSO-CN board, on which mounted the lpc1114 CPU, today when I connected it to my new PC with USB through MLINK, my IAR can't write any compiled program and show me the following infomation:

I think the CPU can not be recognized now, please see the pic attached. Is this caused formerly I switch off the debug option on the GPIO port? how can I fix it? Please help me out of there, thank you.
