Red Probe+ power sequence

I just purchased a Red Probe+ and can't find any information on power sequencing.  For example, are the following cases ok:

Red Probe+ powered off, target power on.
Red Probe+ powered on, target power off.

I've used some debug pods in the past that cared about the power, but most don't.  I just don't want to damage anything.

Also, from their connector pinout page it appears this does NOT supply power to targets, is that correct?

Red Probe+ is tolerant of powering in any order.

Red Probe+ does not supply target power.
