Hi
My input swings between VCC and 1/2 VCC. So how do I program LPC so that it can treat
1/2 VCC as zero level and VCC as 1

Hi,

By datasheet, the High-level input voltage (logic '1') is minimum 0.7Vdd, and the LOW-level input voltage (logic '0') is max 0.3Vdd.
As long as your Vdd supply is within the supply spec range from 1.8 v to 3.6 v, the specs mentioned will apply.
The input voltage levels are not software programmable.

Thanks.
