I see Hitex and Keil have reference hardware for the LPC43xx. Are the layouts for these designs available for reference? Are there other layout examples available?

Thank you for the schematic links, definitely helpful. No layout references though? Do Hitex or Keil make these available upon purchase of their hardware? I'm new to BGA so the fan out and placement of bypass caps is a bit daunting (I see NXP has a <a href="http://www.nxp.com/documents/application_note/AN10778.pdf">generic app note</a>, but a specific example would give extra reassurance when performing the layout). Browsing through the LPC43xx manual I'm not seeing any layout guidance, even for circuits which are layout critical such as memory and ethernet.
