Hi,

According to Table A-16. FLASH Characteristics in LC60 datasheet

Supply voltage for program/erase is 1.8 Vmin

Supply voltage for read operation
1.8 Vmin for 0 < fBus < 8 MHz and
2.08 V for 0 < fBus < 20 MHz

I also wonder the current consumption while erasing/programmin/reading the flash. The table doesn't indicate this.

Can I program the flash at 1.8V and -40C/+85C properly?

Thanks,
BP.

Hello,
It seems like you have forgotten to ask the first question, so I will have to skip it.
Here are the answers to the following ones:

Yes, you can erase/program the Flash at all supply voltages.

The current consumption is not higher than the normal maximum values.

Yes you should be able to program the Flash EPROM at the minimum temperature without any problems.

Ake
