hi, I have mpc8308mITX REV2. its cpu was MPC8308(REV1.0 silicon) and was working well. i changed its cpu to MPC8308 (rev1.1) and others not chenged(like NOR Flash Content,...) but not work. The last message of uboot is DRAM :128MB.

Please use a debugger to ensure that LBC interface to NOR Flash is operational - i.e. that there are no soldering defects.
