How to enable CONFIG_PCIEAER in iMX6Q

I am using Linux Kernel 3.10.17

BSP = yocto dasiy

i am having issues with the Linux Kernel crashing, i believe this is due to a PCIe issue since i have seen the FATAL ERROR on my PCIe Switch enabled.

i am Trying to enable the Advance Error Reporting for PCIe CONFIG_PCIEAER but that option is not in the make menuconfig.

how can i enable this configuration?

seems this is not implemented in current BSPs, one can try latest 4.x kernels

and look at efforts

note NXP has Professional Services for customizations.
