p2041 custrom board ,asleep led,always on

hello,i am using a p2041 custrom board,but I encountered a problem,that is:The ASLEEP LED is constantly switched on, signifying that the board does not finish booting,so I couldn't flash the u-boot image through JTAG.what are the possible causes of this problem?Looking forward to your reply.

It is required to check the following points:

1) refer to the P2041 Hardware Specification and check that all notes after the Table 1. Pin List by Bus are fulfilled.

Pay special attention to the Note 19 and use a digital scope to check the signals behaviour during power-on.

2) check the Reset Configuration Word Source signals using a digital scope.

3) ensure that selected RCW source contains valid RCW with proper CRC.

If these checkings do not help please consider open a technical case to investigate the issue in detail.
