I am not able to open "Software Licensing and Support" page to generate the license file

I have got one license from our US counter part software developer with Network License Generation and server installtion steps. Unfortunately I am not able to open the page "Software Licensing and Support" under Freesccale.com. Can anyone tell me on this?

Hi Gorge,

I am starting separate discussion for the same issue as I am not able to reply to your earlier message. When I press ACTIONS tab to reply your earlier message, it is not showing any error but simultaneously no new page will appear for reply. Screen shot is attached for your information.

Regarding the initial issue (as per the subject line), when I am pressing the "Software Licensing and Support" tab, it just try to switch to new page (approaching link is pasted below) but finally it will land on same home page.

Normally any clicks on this portal will not showing any error messages so it bit difficult for me to convey the same. Can I get your contact number or email ID for further level evaluation?

Hi,

For private exchange I recommend you to post your question on Case system.

To submit your case into the new system, please follow below steps:

  1) Go to http://www.nxp.com/support/sales-and-support:SUPPORTHOME.

  2) On the bottom of the page under Submit New Issues, click Hardware & Software.

  3) Register with your business email to access NXP technical online support.

  4) A verification email will be sent to your account. Click the link embedded in that email to verify your access.

  5) On the NXP online support page, select Contact Support from the top menu and click “submit a new case” to start the process.
