Dear team,
My customer plans to use MMPF0100 for their i.MX6SoloLite board.
In the datasheet of MMPF0100(MMPF0100 Rev.13), Table-1 says that PF0100F1 is used for MCIMX6SLEVK. And the notes of Table-10 says as follows.
“For designs using the i.MX 6SoloLite, it is recommended to use the F3 OTP option instead of the F1 OTP option and F4 OTP option instead of the F2 OTP option.”
The customer needs to know which of F1 or F3 should be used for their design.
Could you explain what the Notes of table-10 mean?
Why is F3 recommended for SoloLite?
Thanks,
Miyamoto
Hi Miyamoto
F1,F2 not recommended for use.
Depending what memory is used:
SW3 is used for memory, F3 has 1.2V for LPDDR2, F4 has 1.5V for DDR3
Best regards
igor

Hi Igor,
Tanks for your support.
Could you show me why F1 and F3 are not recommended?
Thanks,
Miyamoto
Hi Miyamoto
new parts provide VDDHIGH_IN powering first, improving
stability of other power voltages during power-up sequence.
VDDHIGH_IN powers control logic of pmic internal power regulators.
