this is a custom made device and we cannot provide any information about this special part. The "SC" prefix is used for "custom made" devices which means that the part No. you referred to was not a standard Freescale Semiconductor device.
It was a proprietary device manufactured by Freescale Semiconductor for a specific company to its own specification.
The proprietary device, including also the documentation, has become confidential and can only be obtained through the company for which we manufactured the product.
