大家好,我们的电路板现在用的是9SDP512,但是现在这款新品很贵,想换一个现在新一点的芯片,但是又不用对程序和电路进行修改。不知道NXP的下一代产品是什么?

Unfortunately there probably isn’t any significantly cheaper, pin and software compatible chip with S12DP512.

Closest replacement will be probably S12XD Family (built on the same 250nm technology with enhanced features). But, I am afraid that this choose do not solve your price requirements.

I would like to recommend S12G or S12XE from next generation (180nm technology). You will get better performance per significant lower price.

S12G family is cost-effective general purpose automotive MCU with 3.3-5V power supply.

If you will need higher performance, I would like to recommend S12XE family.
