ad convertion - MC9S12XDT512MAA

hi,

i have one question to the ad convertion:
if i set:
AD_CTRL_REG1 = 0x01;
AD_CTRL_REG4 = 0x68;
AD_CTRL_REG5 = 0xb0;

it will start the convertion if the signal on AN00 changes? is there a possibility to manually start the convertion by setting a ad_start flag?

Hello

If ETRIGE (ATDCTL2[2]) is clear then a conversion sequence is started simply by writing to ATDCTL5.

Only when ETRIGE is set, does the ATD use external triggers as defined by ATDCTL1.
