I would like to design a ZigBee device, using Freescale's ZigBee compliant platform MC13213 with external dual antenna. Figure 14C (document number MC1321x. Rev. 1.2 05/2007, page 24) shows a preferable dual antenna configuration, but it has no nominal values. Would you suggest me document to read or give formulas, to calculate nominal values of capacitors and inductors to connect RX and TX antennas?

I think that everything you request is already available. The Freescale ZigBee website contains several reference designs, schematics and gerber files you can see the suggested values and designs.
 
All our development boards also come with a reference manual that contains info about the RF front end and RF matching.
 
Please have a look on www.freescale.com/zigbee for a general overview.

Also have a look at AN271 which is an application note about Compact integrated antennas.
