I am getting a loss of clock status.  The processor resets with the "LOCS" bit set.  It occurs intermittently.  The ICG clock module is configured as follows:

   ICG Conrol register (ICGC1) 1111000

      - HGO set for high gain oscillator HGO =1

      - Range set for high frequency range RANGE = 1

      - REFS set for oscillator using crystal REFS = 1

      - CLKS mode FBE (FLL bypassed, external reference) CLKS = 10

The external oscillator is a 2 mhz crystal, MCLK = 250khz

Anyone have any ideas why I'm getting the intermittent reset?
