Modify linux-3.0.35/driver/net/fec.c to fixed 100Mbs speed?

Does anyone have experience for modify fec driver to fixed to 100Mbs speed?

Hi Eric

one shouldn't have to force the PHY chip into any mode, if your PC is limited to 100

Mbits/s the PHY chip should detect it during autonegotiation and switch automatically

to 100Mbits/s mode.
