ADC sampling issue when switching from K60 to K63

Hi Kinetis community,

I'm moving a K60 based product to K63 (just replacing the chip). Using

latest MQX SW 4.1.1.

I'm facing a serious regression with ADC. When injecting a 50Hz sine

wave to ADC input, I'm observing a sort of saturation below the ADC

dynamic range on the positive values, and a lot of degradation on

signal. Enclosed is a 3 page pdf file providing plots and more details.

As not being a ADC expert and as being new to K63, likely I'm missing

something but I can't find turning it out.

Any help from you will be highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Paul.

Hi Paul:

Could you run the adc demo (bare metal sample code for Kinetis K64 120Mhz)  on your board, you can download the demo on the following link.

Have a nice day,
Daniel

Topic is closed, but I forgot to update it with the conclusion. Issue was due to a HW flaw specific to K63 144LFQP package. Moved to K64 144LFQP and ADC works perfectly.
