CW SC - SC100 - How to analyse performance of the code on simulator

Hi

I want to analyse my code in terms of memory usages, cycle count, etc. I am using CodeWarrior IDE for StarCore V5.7.0 (Trial Version).

I don't have a hardware and I am using SC100 simulator. The profiler is not working on the simulator.

Please suggest a solution.

Hello

You can use the Runsim command line simulator to collect profiling information in simulation.

Please refer to {Install}\Help\PDF\Targeting StarCore.pdf, chapter "Debugger Communication Protocols", section "RUNSIM Command-Line Tool" -> "RUNSIM Profiling" for more info.
