MMA8452Q Motion detected always i kept on same direction.

Hi,

I am new bee of this communitiy. I enabled on motion detection, whenever the motion detected when i kept the device in same direction.

Please advice me what was the problem in my configuration

I recommend you to take a look at the application note AN4070 “Motion and Freefall Detection Using the MMA8451, 2, 3Q”, in this document you will find the entire configuration required for the MMA8452 to properly detect motion with the embedded functions:
