I am wanting to use a MCF52211CAE66 Coldfire Micro. This Micro does not have the full BDM pin set for use with the P&E Micro BDM Programmer / Debugger (26 way header)

What connections are required to be connected between the Micro and the BDM Programmer (26 way header) in order to program / debug the micro?

The pins necessary for the minimal BDM header for use with the P&E wiggler are:
VDD
GND
ALLPST (connected to all four PST[3:0] pins on the P&E BDM interface)
PSTCLK
DSI
DSO
DSCLK
/RSTI
/BKPT

These configurations won't allow you to do trace functionality, but in terms of just standard debugging, this is the bare minimum you need.

I recently did a board layout where I used these 9 signals and /RSTO (though /RSTO wasn't necessary), created a little interface between my board and the standard 26 pin BDM interface from P&E, and everything worked perfectly.

Hope this helps.
