Hello.

I want to check about i.MX6Q.

Do not use the terminal ONOFF in this board.

(It is always ON If the power is supplied.)

There is not a mention of when unused is the terminal ONOFF.

In this case , the terminal ONOFF is correct pull-up ?

Regards,

-okamoto

First, when the TEST_MODE pin is HIGH, it enables an alternate function of ONOFF which is RESET_IN_B.
It is recommended that TEST_MODE should be tied to ground or floated (because it has an internal pull-down).

With TEST_MODE always LOW, the ONOFF button/signal does not pass through as a reset to the i.MX6 SRC.
Next, ONOFF signal has internal (100 KOhm ) pull-up, so can be left floating.

But under noisy environment – if internal 100 KOHm pull up is not strong enough – an external

resistor (of 10 KOhm) may be applied.

Hi, Yuri

Thank you for reply.

TEST_MODE use at the L level.

Because ONOFF pin is not used, I will pull up at 10kohm.

Thank you for information.

Try to consider.
