Mfgtool download ERR for MCIMX6Q-SDB board(REV B5)

Hi all,

     I'm working on the MCIMX6Q-SDB board(REV B5). When i use the mfgtool(Mfgtools-Rel-13.01.00_ER_MX6Q_UPDATER) to download Android 4.2.2 prebuilt image , it return err.
