Let's say that I get a stable build and I want to continue receiving updates from my local pool, but
stop receiving updates from the global pool.
What can I do to stop LTIB from pulling down updated packages from the global pool.
I have never encountered that scenario but as a naive approach you can set an invalid url to %gpp_url on .ltibrc file.
