Our application uses an 80-pin MC9S12DG256, but I only find a 112-pin bean.  I am using CodeWarrior for HC12 v4.5 and Processor Expert v2.96.  I don't see any updates at processorexpert.com.  Is there perhaps a substitute bean that I should use?

Processor Expert support for the 80 pin package is scheduled for releaset in the fall. For now, I would suggest using the 112-pin. The modules are the same, just be aware of the pin changes from your hardware implementation.

I'm not sure it would apply for your case, but you may have to set some 'default conditions' for the 80-pin part to keep power consumption to a minimum that could be different than for the full pinned part.

Well, as it happens, there is a bean for an 80-pin DJ256, and that seems to be working fine so far.  Maybe that will get us by until the updates come out.

Thanks for the info.
