SRAM with 32 bit data line

According to MXRT1176 RM,

SEMC gives only 16 bit support for SRAM data line but 32 bit support for SDRAM data line

We are looking to interface FPGA with MCU, but we need 32 bit support.(As its a porting project, previously 32 bit was used and FPGA was memory mapped as SRAM with previous MCU(MCF5282))

Is there any way SEMC can provide 32 bit support to SRAM that we have missed?

Or is there a way to send 32 bit data with 16 bit bus?

Unfortunately, the SEMC module for SRAM is limited to 8/16 bits. There is no known workaround for this.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Is there any example for pseudo SRAM to access FPGA register?

We have some doubts like how data in 32 bit register(SRAM Description data register) is sent over 16 bit parallel data bus.

There is no specific tested example as there is no SRAM on the EVKs however you may refer to the example on this document as starting point: How to configure SRAM in SEMC modules for RT devices - NXP Community
