SDRAM Size MIMXRT1051

Dear Friends,

I'm development a project with the MIMXRT1051 cross processor and I have a question: Can I use a SDRAM with size larger than 256Mb? The EVK (RT1050) use a SDRAM with size of 256Mb (IS42S16160J), but I need use a SDRAM with size larger of 256Mb (eg 512Mb or 1Gb).

Table 2-1 demonstrates the system memory map of the i.MX RT1050, you can the SEMC can support the NOR flash whose size up to 256 MB.
