MCUXpresso Bug: Adding SDK Components always rewrite all files

Hello. I want to report a bug in MCUXpresso v11.3.1(11.3.0 also) . I dont find another way to do it, so i am writing here.

I am using MX RT1021  MCU. I've made a project for my board using SDK 2.9.1. I've added Freertos from SDK software components. I've made some changes in FreeRTOSConfig.h. If i will add any other SDK software components in the future(for example USB), it will always rewrite all changes in FreeRTOSConfig.h, even if i will choose option "Keep existing". FreeRTOSConfig.h is an example file. It always rewrite all files with changes. "Compare" option also doesnot help.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue. I will forward again the issue to the dev team and I hope in future releases this problem will be solved.
