Hello,

How do I handle SDRAM pins when I don't use SDRAM on RT1052?
Should I open the pin? Or pull-up or down? Also, please advise for pin mux of SDRAM ports.
Lastly, what should I do in Software?

Thanks,

Deega

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
1) Should I choose the GPIOx or the SEMC_xx or not?
-- If you don't use the SEMC pins, it's unnecessary to configure ALT mode for them, in another word, it doesn't need you to do anything.
Hope this is clear.
Have a great day,
TIC

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) Should I open the pin? Or pull-up or down?
-- Just keep these pins floating.
Have a great day,

Hi TIC,

Thank you for your reply.

I have an additional inquiry, should all SDRAM ports not be defined (NC) in pin mux?

Thanks,

Deega

Hi,

I understand that we can choose the role of each pin in the Pin Mux.
This pins are select to others function below my capture for example.
By the way, if I don't use SDRAM, how should I handle this pin in the Pin Mux?
Should I choose the GPIOx or the SEMC_xx or not?
