32.768kHz Crystal and 24MHz OSC recommendation for the RT1064

Hello Team,

My customer is planning to use the following 32.768KHZ and 24Mhz crystals solution with RT1064:

Transko P/N: CS21-F1015CQ08-24.000M-TR

MicroCrystal P/N:  CM8V-T1A-32.768KHZ-7PF-20PPM-TA-QC

Could you please advise if there are any issues to work with the iMX RT family with the above part number?
