In the iMXRT685 user manual I see reference to a OTP contents spreadsheet. Where can I access that spreadsheet? We are looking at potentially using some of these fuses to store a serial number. Also would like to see if we should use the BOOT_CFG fuses, however having a hard time tracking down that fuse map. Could someone point me to where I could find the reference to that? I see the example project to play around with the fuses, but not sure if some of those are mapped to specific functions and which ones we could use for a serial number.
