Secure Provisioning v8 interrupted by bootload

I use Secure Provisioning v8 and I am trying the bootload EVK-imx rt1170 and it interrupt most of time by bootloading. What can be problem ? As seen at image, it stop to load code.

Did you set up the EVK board in Serial Download mode? Please kindly clarify.

 @Kan_Li Yes, sure. It works very well in different computer but in my computer it is interrupted most of time.I try to understand the reason.
