RT1176 interfacing with TPS3430 External Watchdog Timer

Hi,

We had designed custom designed board, interfacing MIMXRT1176 with TPS3430 External Window WDOG Timer. All necessary configurations are done by adding capacitors to calculate tWU and tWL time.

And made SET0 and SET1 pin to GND.

output pin WDO(activelow)   becomes HIGH which is Connected to POR.

When ever pulse on input pin WDI

1)Early 

2)Late

But the WDOG is not triggering. 

kindly give some details working on this WDOG .

Hi @ManikantaRobbi ,

   So, you use the external hardware watchdog, not the RT1176 internal watchdog, right?

   If yes, then you need to check your hardware watchdog, make sure that watchdog can do the reset, to the RT1176, it just need to receive the reset signal, just like the EVKB board:

So, I think you need to check the TPS3430, make sure it can output the reset signal.
