Hi,

I trying to test RT1064-EVK and have the following issues:

I am using P&E multilink universal to program LED demo application to RT1064-EVK

1) If I use J21(20Pin connector) and remove J47, J48, I can program FlexSPI flash and run properly.

2) If I use J34(10Pin connector) and remove J47, J48, I can't program FlexSPI flash and got the following error

"pegdbserver_console.exe" stop working.....

Can anybody help me to fix this issue?

Thanks,

Christie

Hi @a8Chcx ,

J34 can't work is reasonable, as this SWD interface is used for the on board LPC4322 chip, which is used as the on board debugger,  not for the RT1064 chip.

Please check the MIMXRT1064-EVK  board schematic page 14:

So, if you want to use the external debugger to debug the MIMXRT1064-EVK on board RT chip, please use the J21 JTAG interface.

Hi Kerry,

Thank you.

After I check the SCH, J34 is used for on-board chip. My mistake.

The reason is that I am using 10-pin connector to program the internal flash on MK66, KV58 and etc...

I can do the same by using 10-pin connector instead of 20 pin connector for RT1064 for JTAG because I want to save some space on PCB?

Thank you for your help!

Regards,

Christie
