RT1051 IDCODE mismatch

Hi,

with MIMXRT1050-EVK, I get IDCODE 0x0BA02477.

The bsdl file provided by the website shows IDCODE 0x088C301D.

And IMXRT1050RM has jtag ID 188C_301Dh.

Do you know why it is different when read on MIMXRT1050-EVK board?

Solution found.

JTAG_MOD has a pulldown, Remove it to read the right IDCODE on Eval board.

what you have on BSDL is 088C_301Dh, modify  it to 188C_301Dh to have same IDCODE.
