MIMXRT1020-EVK Power Mode Switch

Hi,

I'm using iMXRT1020-EVK board.I saw in the datasheet that the power consumption of the RT1021 is only 20uA in the SNVS mode,but I found that the SNVS mode has 20mA in the RT1020-EVK.

 Please find the detail power consumption of SNVS mode as the below. Please double check your measure.

And I found that the program could not be programmed in low power mode.

If I have a program that is powered on and enters a low-power mode (such as SNVS mode), what other methods can be used to wake up the chip in addition to changing the boot mode to erase the flash?
