set baud rate for qualcomm 6174

When i use the command for qualcomm qca 6174, The bluetooth interface works and audio is little slow

hciattach /dev/ttymxc2 qualcomm

But When I use this command with baud rate and flow as below, the bluetooth interface does not come up at all. What's going wrong ? how to set the baud rate ?

hciattach /dev/ttymxc2 qca 3000000 -t 30 flow

I can give you a little help with BT work.

I use imx8mqevk and wifi, bt module  is qca6174a (onboard type)

Did you add firmware for qca6174a 's BT?
