Our customer want to test  de/pre-emphasis at i.MX6 PCIe 2.0, USB, SATA 2.0, but don't find it on IBIS file.

Could you help check and provide it?

unfortunately these models are not available, as described in

sect.9.5.6 List of pins not modeled in the i.MX6 IBIS file
