imx287 8G byte nandflash

in my projiect  need  8G byte nand,  connect to  imx287 nandflash controller,  when  MT29F64G08CBAAA was connect to imx287 show error :  

this porblem how to solve or  which  8G nandflash  chip  can be used on  imx287.
