As iMX8MQ supports upto 8GB LPDDR4 memory. Can you please suggest LPDDR4 8GB parts that are supported with iMX8M.

According to section 2.1.2 (Cortex-A53 Memory Map) of i.MX 8M Reference Manual, Rev. 0, 01/2018
only 4 GBytes address space is available for memory.

As per i.MX 8M Reference Manual section 9.1.1.1, it says up to 8GB memory capacity.
So we assumed 8GB should not be a issue. Can you please reconfirm if 8GB LPDDR4 is not supported.
Section 9.1.1.1 concerns parameters of the DRAM controller as SNPS IP (taken separately by itself).
Restriction relates to address space, available for DRAM, in the i.MX8M SOC.
