iMX6Q is too hot about 85 C

Hi all,

we designed Custom SOM using imx6q processor  by following saber design files

when subway surf game (android game app, requires 1Ghz speed) is loaded,  imx6q die temperature reaches 85 C within 15 min.

It is reduced to 40 C immediately after closing this game app.

we also used heat sink,in this case  it is around 76 C (10 hrs continuous test under ambient temperature 22 C).

let me know how to reduce the die temperature when processor runs at its maximum frequency of 1 Ghz/1.2Ghz

both in software and hardware ?

r anyone faced this much die temperature..? is it normal..?
