i-mx53 boot pin ambiguity

Hello,

We are designing a product with imx-53, where we want to use eMMC as booting device. We have following query for Boot pins wrt to eMMC boot:

Page number 502 of Document “i.MX53 Multimedia Applications Processor Reference Manual, Rev. 2, 12/2011” mentioned Boot_CFG2[2] as BOOT_ACK fuse. Whereas fuse table for eMMC (on page 5087) says Boot_CFG3[2] as BOOT_ACK fuse and Boot_CFG2[2] as reserved fuse.

Which one is correct?

Hi Jyoti,

This one is correct: BOOT_CFG3[2].

You can confirm by looking at "Hardware User Guide for i.MX53" for both Quick Start-R Board and Quick Start Board.
