i.MX8dx Ethernet (cdc_ether) dev_watchdog warning

version: imx8dx imx-yocto-bsp4.14.98_2.3.0
We use pinctrl_usbotg3 to connect quectel's device
Every time we connect, the watch_dog timeout exception log will appear after pulling up our usb device for more than 10 seconds.
And when we use the module to transfer and decompress the upgraded package to imx8dx using nfs through this usb, this log will also appear occasionally. After appearing, the usb l is disconnected
