Our patner have a question about i.MX6DQ life time estimation.
They want to esitmate the i.MX6DQ life time when they use i.MX6DQ under 85 degrees at Commercial 996MHz (1.225V) LDO enabled.
We can understand the lifetime is over 65,000 hours by AN4724, but cannot understand the concrete value since it is out of range.
Also, we don't estimate the lifetime when juction temperature < 100 degrees at industrial 792MHz (1.15V) LDO enabled.
So would you let me know how estimate the lifetime of the out of the figures in AN4724?
Then, I found i.MX6 product usage lifetime estimates , but not enough for them.
So would you give me the "lifetime calculator" if you can open it?
