i.MX6 Solo with 2GB DDR3

Hello all,

        We have a custom board, base on SABRESD, with i.MX6 Dual and 2GB DDR3. In next version, we want to use i.MX6 Solo and 2GB DDR3. And, I have some questions:

               1. Can i.MX6 Solo support 2GB DDR3 ( Micron MT41K512M16HA or ISSI IS43TR16512AL-125KBLI)?

               2. Can i.MX6 Solo and i.MX6 Dual use common U Boot SPL?

About you above quesions:

1.Yes, i.MX6 Solo support 2GB DDR3   Micron MT41K512M16HA can work.

2.It can work. You can take a look as reference.

IMX6 SOLO only boots with SPL
