i.MX6 MAX die temperature

Hi,

in my application I'm using  an i.MX6-quad.

I measure the die temperature by:

cat/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp.

What is the upper limit I should consider for this value  so that the product

works in a safe condition?

The maximum die temperature is sepcified as the 'Junction Temperature' parameter in the corresponding part's Data Sheet document.
