i.MX6 Android Jellybean HDMI audio selection

Hi all,

I've been looking into the audio output selection process for our SABRE Lite (BD-SL-i.MX6) and Nitrogen6X using JB, and

not having much luck.

In ICS releases, I believe there was a magic property (HDMI_AUDIO_OUTPUT or somesuch) to switch between HDMI

and analog audio routing, and I'd ideally like to do the same under Jellybean.

Has anybody else waded through this path?

Any guidance will be appreciated.

Never mind. We figured something out and placed it in our second release of Android 4.3-Beta:

Our implementation uses the property sys.hdmi to control whether audio output goes to the SGTL5000 or HDMI channel.
